Adama trawally, a 43-year-old man and resident of Kerr Gumbo in Jokadou District North Bank Region is in urgent need of help, to undergo medical treatment in Dakar, Senegal.

According to a medical report from the Royal Victoria Teaching Hospital, the patient, Adama Trawally, fell down with trauma of the elbow and now complains of difficulty to bend the elbow. "He feels pain and has a swollen elbow," the report added.
