Ousainou Ceesay, a marabout, was this week, convicted and sentenced to 9 months imprisonment without any option of a fine by Magistrate Fredick Foster of the Bundung Magistrates Court.  

Ousainou Ceesay was found guilty of indecent assault of a school girl under the age of 15 in Tallinding on August 10 2008. Magistrate Fredick Foster, in his judgement,  told the court that the accused person had fail to honour the trust placed on him by the complainant.
