One Babucarr Jallow, a nursery school teacher at Basori in Kombo East was on Monday arraigned before Magistrate Sainabou Wadda Ceesay of the Kanifing Magistrates Court, charged with attempting to commit felony.

According to the prosecution, the accused on the 24th of April 2009, at Access Bank Kairaba Avenue branch, attempted to withdraw some cash from the account of one Mustapha Ceesay. When the charge sheet was read to him, he pleaded guilty, saying that the complainant owed him some money. The case was later adjourned to 21th of July 2009, when he will know his fate.
