Back and Next - Back and NextNursing mother convictedFriday, October 16, 2009 Magistrate Lamin George of the Bundung Magistrates Court, on Wednesday, convicted and sentenced one Asie Cham, a nursing mother, to one year six months imprisonment without any option to a fine. She was found guilty of assault causing actual bodily harm. According to the particulars of offence, on the 16th September 2009, at Sanchaba Sulay Jobe, the convict unlawfully assaulted one Fatou Jobe by slicing her back with a razor blade.
