According to a dispatch issued by Gambia Experience, the projects will be monitored by the regional education officers. ''Also they ask that photographs before, during and when the project is complete are taken and sent to them for their files in the office which are open for their guests to see where and how the monies have been allocated,'' reads the release.

The press release went further to indicate that one Mr Lamin Manneh, has been tasked with the responsibility to disseminate information and keep records updated. According to the dispatch fifty percent of the money was donated by Gambia Experience guests with the company paying the other half.
