One of Senegal’s leading and rising mbalax sensations- Pap Joof and his band are currently  bracing up for a  three-day spectacular non-stop  full entertainment in the country as part of new year’s ambiance. Organized by CookerNjie Family in collabo with Njags promotion, a leading name in the country entertainment scene, Pap Joof concerts is expected to be another thrilling mega mbalalx concerts as we the new festivities heats up. Supporting acts includes some of the Senegambia’s leading acts such as Njolleh, Pap Njie Chu, Baby Isha and Sering Ngange all from Senegal.

The rising Senegalese star who continues to earn him more fan base in the country is expected to thrill fans on December 23rd 2011, at Duplex Nite Club, on December 24th Christmas even at Jerma Beach Hotel and the last explosion mega show on December 25th at Brikama Jokor in the west Coast Region. In an interview with What’s On, Sachally Njie, the financial adviser of the committee explained that the concept of the initiative is to contribute to national development.

He explained that the proceeds from the initiative is o support various areas such as sports, education and health maintaining that the event will also be grace by Gambian artist. Sulayman Sallah, a member of the organizing committee call on people especially the fans of the Pap Joof to come out en-mass and be part of history in the making event and thank Ebou Njie and wife for their foresight.

He lauded their efforts and that it is part of national development maintaining that they could have spent their monies on something else. Ebou Njie, the main man based in Sweden explained that the whole basically is gear towards national development as the proceeds is intended to augment different sector in the country. He then used the opportunity to thank Gamtel/Gamcel and Sport House.
