Singateh thrills fans in Basse

Reggae dancehall star-Singateh better known by his music sobriquet Freaky Joe, recently staged a cloudburst musical performance in the provincial town of Basse in the Upper River Region.


The concert, which was held at the Basse Youth centre, enabled the talented musi powerhouse to thrill his fans with his very best hit songs. Credited for his melodious voice, Singateh by all indication is not showing any sign of slowing down as he continues to take the entire music scene by storm. As a promising artist with great future, his creative artwork cannot be questioned as he continues to attract a considerable number of fans each time he performs.


The concert organized by the ‘Singateh Entertainment’ enable him to thrill his fans to the max and hundreds of music enthusiasts and lovers grace the concert. In an interview with What’s On shortly after the show, Singhateh expressed profound gratitude to the people of Basse for the love they have demonstrated during the concert.“It is what the artist needs in order to develop. I also want to commend the people of Basse for turning up in number to attend the show. It is a great show anytime I come to Basse,” he remarked.


He also revealed that he held similar shows in his native Bansang, Central River Region (CRR) and will also be having other shows in Farafenni on the 14th April and Jarra Soma on the 13th of April. The star started his career way back and has carved a niche for himself in the country’s music landscape thus resulting to his rapid rise to fame.
