SKY HIGH PRESENTS GMD100,000 TO BANJUL

Africa » Gambia
Monday, September 10, 2012

Real Estate developer, Sky High Group, for the second year running presented a cheque of GMD100,000 to the Banjul Sports Committee as part of its contribution to the city’s annual Nawettan competition.

The money was handed over during a ceremony held at the Laico Atlantic Hotel in Banjul on August the 25th. The company has been contributing its quota to national development since its inception, and sports, football in particular, have been key to their programmes.

Speaking to Observer Sports at his office at the No.2 Kairaba Avenue at the FIB Bank Building, Yaya Camara, the Human Resources manager of the Group, said his company has been sponsoring the Banjul Nawettan since 2011. He also used the opportunity to call on people to purchase plots at Sky High Group, adding that the money gained is also ploughed back for the development of the country.

He added: “We have been sponsoring the Banjul Nawettan since 2011 as one of the leading real estate companies in The Gambia. This is one of the various functions that we do and after successfully selling over 400 plots at our Brufut and Sukuta Estates, we now have a new estate at Sanyang which are located on the highway and we have a very flexible payment scale within three years.”
