Karmic Angels, a charitable organisation registered in The Gambia by a British couple- Stephanie and Alan, with the clear ambition to assist the less privilege in the society has revealed their commitment to rehabilitate the St Therese's Church roof in Kanifing.

The couples made this revelation last Sunday during a visit to the church where they vowed to raise funds for the rehabilitation of the church's roof. Speaking to the Daily Observer, Father Tony, the Priest of the Church expressed his delight at the project. According to him, it has been a miracle to have somebody who will renovate the church's roof noting that the problem began since 1981.

According to him, the church is usually hit by floods during the rainy season and sometimes disturbs their services. Moses Mendy, the project manager of the church, also expressed similar sentiments. He described the initiative of the couples as magnificent. He thanked Karmic Angels for the bold initiative.
