Speaking to the Daily Observer, Penda Jabbi said that she has sat for her grade nine exams andis currently waiting for her results. According to her, due to financial constraints, she would not be able to pay for her fees at the senior secondary school level."I am living with my grandmother who cannot afford to pay my school fees," she said.
