Techton IT Solutions, a new information technology service company located on Kairaba Avenue, was yesterday officially launched.

Techton IT Solution is a company hoping to become The Gambia's leading provider in information technology solution services, by giving innovative solutions to their customers such as Microsoft account engagement and access to a broad global network.Speaking at the occasion, Chris Ward, the Techton IT business process consultant, highlighted the importance of the Microsoft partner program which is designed for all partners to develop technical service for the Microsoft system. He said that this partnership will help them use tools and resources by extending market reach and reduce operating cost.

In an interview with the Daily Observer, Muhammed Camara, director of information technology at Techton spoke of the short term plans of the company. According to him, their program will address the needs of businesses and organisations which do not have qualified computer technicians.
