May I offer through the pages of your excellent publication, my heartfelt thanks to President Jammeh in making such a wise and thoughtful choice in elevating Judge Moses Richards to his present position.

The judge has grasped the problems of the administration of justice so skillfully as defined by our president, with both of his able hands and is making excellent progress towards solving the blockade that has ocurrred in the system of justice administration. We are so lucky to have such a wise and caring head of state.
