I wish to extend a simple message of gratitude to the proprietor of Unique FM radio for his thoughtfulness to transmit his radio programs through the internet, thus making those of us in the Diaspora to be in touch with developments back home through the website.

This has made it possible for me to listen gratuitously to the daily national news. In the same vein, may I also extend my sincere thanks to those media houses such as the Daily Observer, The Point and Foroyaa newspaper who made it possible for people outside The Gambia to follow stories back home. More grease on your elbows.
