'Violent man' in troubleFriday, February 26, 2010 Omar Jallow, a resident of New Yundum, was on Thursday, February 25th arraigned before Magistrate Effim of the Brikama Magistrates Court, charged with the offence of willful damage to property, which is contrary the laws of The Gambia. The particulars of the offence stated that the accused, did on the 20th of February 2010, at New Yundum, willfully and unlawfully break the door glass of a vehicle, with registration number BJL 2037 G, valued at D600 and being the property of one Morro Sanyang. He pleaded not guilty and the police prosecutor, sub-Inspector Camara applied for a short adjournment to enable him bring his witness.
