Vision Promotions to organise beauty contest

Africa » Gambia
Wednesday, March 10, 2010
Vision Promotions plan to organise a spectacular beauty contest entitled “Queen of Companies Beauty Contest”, the Daily Observer has learnt.

The competition is aimed at raising funds for needy children in schools and also to help participating companies promote their businesses by telling the public what they  can offer. It will be broadcast live on a television presentation.

In an interview with the Daily Observer, William Brown, the president of Vision Promotions explained that the competition is very important because it is mainly geared towards supporting the education sector. "Every child has a right to be educated and due to the conditions or financial status of some parents, their children cannot go to school, so we thought it imperative to come up with this idea to support the children’s education," he said.

He finally advised the participants to take the competition seriously to enable them move their companies forward.
