Friday, August 27, 2010
Mustapha Coker widely known by his artistic name Mystic MC, is currently busy with his new album that is expected to hit the streets probably after summer.

The 30-year-old reggae dancehall artist, writer, composer and executive producer for Sky Records based in Copenhagen, Denmark, is working hard for the final release of this much anticipated creative masterpiece. According to his official site, singles from his forthcoming album to be titiled “Gang Wall” are currently available online.

Born in 1978, Mystic MC is also a well-established star in the UK, both for his sound and selection. It was in Britain that he produced some tracks with various record labels like Yush 2K Records, Yummi Records and Banana Row Music. They call him the Pilot for all his weekly and monthly club nights at clubs like The Cellar Bar, Bongo Club, Liquid Room, Vaults, Cabaret Voltaire and Honey Comb.

In 1999, Mystic MC left his former band Black Nature and went solo releasing the album titled "Warning". Mystic and Søren produced the album for 47 Productions in Denmark. Again in 2003, he went to The Gambia with King Ralph and one of Germany’s well-established reggae sensations, Gentleman, for a tour that was a great success. In February 2005, he was on five days tour in Scandinavia, with Universal Sound and the Jamaican reggae artist Eek A Mouse.
