Who will help Muhammed Ceesay?

Muhammed Ceesay, a 10-month-old baby boy and a resident of Ebo Town is in urgent need of help to undergo treatment overseas.

According to a medical report issued from the Royal Victoria Teaching Hospital (RVTH), Muhammed Ceesay sustained  second-degree multi-focal burns on  2nd February 2010 while his parents' house was ablaze.He was then rushed to the Serrekunda Health Centere where he was hospitalised for a day. Further examinations  at the Accident and Emergency Unit at the RVTH revealed that, he  had sustained  extensive burns on his face, head, back, lower limbs and elbow.He  has since been  discharged on the 26th May 2010 after been  hospitalised for 52 days.

' As a result of the  complicated nature of his health situation, he will need a plastic reconstruction, reparative and release procedures which can only be treated abroad" the report concluded.Speaking to the Daily Observer, Fatou Trawally, the grand mother of Muhammed said that, she does not have the financial means to take her grandson  overseas for treatment. She therefore appealling to individuals, the government, institutions, NGOs and well wishers to come to her grandson's aid.
