The Brikama Magistrates Court, presided over by Magistrate Kayode, on Wednesday, 23 April, convicted a young man for stealing items worth over D2000.

Muhammeh Bah of Brufut was found guilty of stealing and subsequently sentenced to serve 3 months imprisonment without an option of a fine. According to the prosecution officer, Corporal Kinteh, the accused, on 7 April, entered the house of one Nfamara Sano and a bicycle, cloths and shoes, all amounting toD2,150. He pleaded to the charge.
