President Award Scheme gets boost

President International Award Scheme (PIAS), received electrical,mechanic, carpentry and building construction items from Foundation Give Gambia a Future (FGGF), at a presentation ceremony held on monday at the school premisses.

Speaking on behalf of the Management and students of the Institution, Ousainou Sarr, acting Chief Executive Officer, thanked the donors for their good gesture, noting that they are very grateful for donation. He added that the items will not only  add more value to the institution but also help to capacitise the youths in different domains. He then assured the donors that the items will be use accordingly."Don't have any fear that we will live up to expectations'' he said.

According to him, these items will change the lifestyles of the students and it will improve more skills training in the institution.

For his part, Bakary B Darboe, coordinator of FGGF, described these philanthropists as true friends of The Gambia and that they have been helping Gambians in many ways. He assured the institute of their continuous support at all times.
