The Gambia National Lottery (GNL) recently presented five cheques amounting to over half a million dalasis to five lucky winners in Banjul and Serrekunda at a presentation ceremony held at the GNL Headquarters in Banjul. The winners, who received D105,000 each, are Kebba Demba, Emeka Agha Chuckwa, Alhagie Mbaye Kah, Bola Riley and George Smart. At the time of the presentation, the sixth winner was not known.

Speaking at the ceremony, Fabakary Jammeh, marketing manager of GNL, said GNL remains committed to paying their customers which is the beauty of the game. He revealed that GNL has a huge amount of money at stake for its customers and called on their clients to continue patronising them.

"We are now operating in all the regions in a bid to create more job opportunities for Gambian youths. This will also enable our clients to have access to our products at all times," he said.

For his part, Dembo Fanta Bojang, managing director of GNL commended their clients for patronising GNL products noting that without them GNL will not be here.
