In the newly developed residential area of Bijilo, hidden in the peaceful environment not far from the unspoiled beaches along the Atlantic Ocean in the bouncing heart of West Africa, you discover this sublime land house called ''Hacienda Africana'' with a touch of the Iberian Don Juan and the Mexican Signorita Maria Carlos, the design and concept of this South American bungalow was built some 3 years ago.

All used building materials are imported from abroad and the solid house structure was a challenge for a professional Indian construction team.

If you pass the entrance gate with private security unit and car parking area, you can walk near the tropical flower sites and paved garden patio with a swimming pool towards a terrace with BBQ area.

From the veranda with dining area, you can be served with your favorite meals from a very spacious and ultra modern American kitchen, fully equipped.

A large relaxing and living area gives you the feeling you control this entire Little Paradiso. You have three bedrooms reachable through an open walking hall.

There is an office room, laundry unit, guest toilet and doorway to private workshop and store area convertible into a fourth bedroom!

Along the wall fence, you have flowers and tropical fruit plants and you can grow your secret herbs for your recipes at the small backyard garden.

Next to the generator and pump house, you find the water tanks.
