Magistrate John Njie of the Brikama Magistrates' Court, on Monday, set a date for judgment in a felony case, involving Sainey Jambang, Buba Jambang, Abdoulie Sanneh and Yorro Jallow.

The judgment date for October 5, arose after all the accused persons pleaded guilty on both charges of conspiracy and felony, contrary to the Laws of The Gambia.

According to the prosecution, on August 24, at the Banjul International Airport, the youths jointly conspired to commit felony, after attempting to assist Buba Jambang, the second accused person, to travel with a Gambian passport (number PC 115782), belonging to Sainey Jambang, the first accused person.

The prosecution revealed that the four accused persons on the same day and place, attempted to assist the second accused person, to travel to Holland, after helping him to board Arkey flight, and therein intent to commit felony.
