Man charged for theft of mobile and cash

One Ebrima Jallow, has appeared before the Bundung Magistrate Court presided over by Senior Magistrate Kumba Sillah Camara.  

According to the particulars of the offence, Ebrima Jallow was charged for the theft of one Nokia mobile phone value at D9000 with some cash amount of D1800 on 27 May 200 belonging to Mr Bakary Singateh of Wellingara village, Kombo North.

When the charged sheet was read to him he pleaded not guilty to the charges made against him.

The prosecution officer thereby seek for an adjourment to enable him present his case.

At this juncture Senior Magistrate Kumba Sillah Camara therefore granted the accuseed person a bail in the sum of D15,000 with a Gambian surety , who must also furnish the court with a reachable contact address. She then adjouned the case to July 16 for prosection to open his case.
