Congratulatory Message on the Anniversary of the 22nd July 1994 Revolution
It is indeed with profound pleasure and honour that I take this special moment to once again extend, on my own behalf and on behalf of my family, friends and associates, this warm and sincere congratulatory message to you, the First Family and the entire government on the occasion of the 22nd anniversary of the 22nd July Revolution.
The vision that compelled you 22 years ago into implementing such a noble judgment of altering the political trajectory of our nation has now been universally recognized or acknowledged as being the most progressive phenomenon ever in the history of the Islamic Republic of The Gambia and has also become an irreplaceable impression in the minds of all Gambians that will endure for generations to come.
The magnitude of progress coupled with the overall success in this nation since the 1994 revolution, ostensibly rooted in your faith and resilience to stand for what is right and just for all Gambians has today evolved into a national and international symbol of hope and change embraced by every broadminded citizen, male and female, young and old and even among non Gambian citizens.
Your Excellency, by constantly addressing the most vital issues of this nation, we are indeed proud to be among those appreciative Gambians who will continue to extol your great legacy of being our leader adequately providing opportunities for the advancement of every one of us. You have provided us with the best in every obligatory responsibility expected of a worthy government, ranging from keeping the country well educated, economically viable and without doubt absolutely healthy.
You have further upheld with honesty and diligence a pragmatic strategy of nation building that evidently guarantee Gambians a safe and secure society without which nothing progressive is achievable even with the loftiest programs or best intentions.
Your Excellency, you have indeed supported the people of this nation with unlimited opportunities and resources that over the years have translated into remarkable prosperities, unmistakably interwoven in the destiny of the kind of happy and successful nation you always have coveted for every Gambian.
I cannot in words catalog how valuable you have always been to all of us in this country and beyond; but I can however say is to definitively assure you that come December 1st, 2016, this whole nation will reciprocate your selfless allegiance to their success, comfort and safety by overwhelmingly electing you again as president for another five-year mandate.
May the Almighty Allah continue to give you the strength, the energy, good health and the blessing to further help this nation grow and prosper on your watch in peace and harmony. May the people of this country and that of the whole world continue to recognize and embrace your admirable dream of building a nation not divide over their racial, tribal or religious differences but united over their common heritage and qualities for being Gambians and Africans.
Your Excellency, please extend my best wishes to the First Lady Madam Zainab Jammeh as I pray for her wellbeing, long life and success together with her children.
