Two men, Sheikh Darboe and Fafa Njie, who are accused of stealing from a house in Brikama were on Wednesday granted bail in the sum of D2, 500 each by Magistrate Isatou Janneh of the Brikama Magistrates’ Court.
The magistrate also ordered the duo to provide one surety and the sureties must deposit their national identity cards to the court, swear to an affidavit of mean and to always attend court sittings.
Sheikh and Fafa are alleged to have broken into the house of one Mustapha Ceesay on or about 19th October 2016 at Brikama Kabafita and stole a school bag valued at D300 and five trousers valued D1, 400, an accusation they both denied.
The case is adjourned for hearing.
