I am writing to show an interest in starting a scholarship fund for poor students of grade 9 and grade 12, in the name of my dear friend, an English guy who died last year. 'THE PHILIPS SMELT SCHOLARSHIP FUND' will try to generate funds for at least two to three students at final exams level a year.

I would like to discuss this with someone in authority either on the phone or through this medium. I am in the UK at the moment but if possible I will come and set it up or make resources available to set it up in time for the first sponsorship. Hope to hear from you soon.
