The APRC National Youth Mobiliser, Hon. Babou Gaye Sonko on behalf of the Gambian youths thanked President Jammeh for his continued support and guidance to the youth of the country irrespective of their political affiliation.
The gesture, he went on, will go a long way towards complementing their efforts in ensuring the successful hosting of the APRC National Youth Rally. Hon. Sonko added that since 1994, youth empowerment has become the top priority of the Government as it is manifested in the programmes, projects and policies created.
“This has never been a surprise to us because we know the interest of the youth is at the center of his heart,” he remarked.
