It has been a momentous affair in the tiny but great West African Nation of The Gambia, as Gambians from all walks of life continue to celebrate the 22nd Anniversary of the glorious 22nd July Revolution ushered in by His Excellency Sheikh Professor Dr. Alhaji Yahya A.J.J Jammeh Babili Mansa in 1994.

From the eye-catching parade at the Arch 22 in the Capital City Banjul to the banquet held at State House, the mood among Gambians was great as they continue to be thrilled by not only the unprecedented developments brought about by the Revolution, but musicians and cultural troupes alike that have been providing entertainment to a multitude of people.

Among the many artistes was Afromanding star Jalex, whose irresistible melodious tunes saw all present at the Independence Stadium on their feet during a banquet attended by top dignitaries and representatives of all regions in the country.

Just as at the Stadium, Sediou Band was also in the thick and thin of action, treating the audience to what was a superb State House Banquet graced by the Gambian leader, the First Lady, Cabinet Ministers, National Assembly Members, APRC militants among other well-wishers.
