Two of Gambia’s international stars- Sing-A-Teh and Jalex have linked up in what could be described as a mega electrifying project.
Last week Singateh and Jalex met at Pak Music Studios in Oslo Norway and released a wonderful collabo dubbed ‘Kana Kidey’ a wollof parlance meaning ‘Don’t be lonely’.
Reacting to the development, Sing-A-Teh described the move as another milestone in their respective careers.
He stated: “As we were chilling in the studio we dropped a single that was an instant hit on Facebook and was well received and appreciated by all music lovers. Finally the audio version is out due to high demand from the fans,” he stated.
According to Sing-A-Teh, the man behind the production admitted that this kind of music can go far especially as far as singing in “our local dialects is concerned, as many can relate to and understand what we are singing about”.
The beat is dancehall but with Mandinka flavour it changes the whole dimensions.
